We had another wonderful Christmas Party this year on December the 19th (Friday). Over 30 students joined! A big ‘thank you’ to everyone who came and made it such a fun event. Everyone brought something to eat – sushi, apple pies, mikan, cookies, cheesy things, croissants, chocolates, candy, senbei, and many other delicious snacks. If you couldn’t come this year, we hope to see you next year!
There were some fun games to play at the party. Who could draw the best snowman on a piece of paper balanced on their head? Who could get the highest score throwing balls at a target? Who could guess the calories in a Chocolate Orange? Then we had ‘pass the parcel’. Music starts playing, the parcel is passed around everyone in the party. When the music suddenly stops, the person holding the parcel unwraps one layer. Sometimes there is a small prize, sometimes not. The lucky person who unwraps the last layer of paper wins the main prize! We also had a ‘true or false’ Christmas quiz in the party. If you got the answer wrong you had to sit down. The last person standing was the winner. Below are the questions and answers to the quiz. How many did you know?
